Sweet Breads


  • 3 sweetbreads, (about 4 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Coarse salt, (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, (to taste)


  1. Place sweetbreads on the heated grill. Brush with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until done, about 1 hour.
