We have made this potato salad ever since we found the recipe in Everyday Food magazine 5 or 6 years ago. We love it and it has been a family favorite. We easily make it a few times a year.

Added some sauteed leeks to the mix and used purple potatoes. Delish and pretty.

I found this potato salad to be a little dry, but my guests seemed to like it.
