Yogurt-Cilantro Sauce

This tasty sauce makes a cool companion for our Spicy Lentil-Walnut Burgers.

  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, cilantro, and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
