Pineapple and coconut rum bring the taste of the Tropics north.

- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons frozen cranberry juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup coconut rum
- 1 1/2 cups small ice cubes
- Fresh sugarcane, for garnish
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve.
