Tomato Sauce

Use this easy tomato sauce recipe to make our Pepper, Mushroom, and Onion Pizza with Hazelnut Dough.

  • Yield: Makes enough for one 9 1/2-inch pizza

  • 1/3 cup canned tomato sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Mix tomato sauce, garlic, and olive oil in a medium bowl until well combined; season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
