    I made this for my mom and sister's birhtday lunch and they loved it! They both agreed it was the best cupcakes they'd ever had! I made a cupecake tower using an idea from Martha's kid's party magazine. I used clear green plastic cups to hold up green paper plates. I lined the paper plates with green fringe and used assorted yellow flowers in the waterpot on the top! My sister asked to keep the tower.
