Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 slices Italian bread, lightly toasted
  • Crispy Prosciutto
  • Romaine lettuce
  • 8 ounces plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Using a garlic press, press the garlic clove into a small bowl. Whisk in the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Spread one side of each slice of lightly toasted Italian (or other) bread with garlic mayonnaise. Trim crusts as desired, and serve immediately.
