Soy Dipping Sauce
Use this recipe as a dipping sauce for our Shrimp Summer Rolls.

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, and scallions, and serve.
