- 2 seedless cucumbers, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
Place cucumbers in a medium bowl, sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
