Cucumber Salad

  • 2 seedless cucumbers, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar


  1. Place cucumbers in a medium bowl, sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
