Edamame

Edamame (soybeans) are often served in Japanese restaurants preceding sushi.

Ingredients

  • One 1-pound bag frozen edamame
  • 1 teaspoon coarse or sea salt

Directions

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Cook edamame until just tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain well; sprinkle with salt. Serve.
