- 3 large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 10 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Place egg yolks and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor. With the motor running, slowly add both oils; process until well combined. Add salt and pulse to combine.
