I used frozen pineapple, so didn't require ice. I loved it.

I do not much care for bananas in this sort of drink. What other fruit would go with pineapple that is refreshing and light also? Thank you.

The informaiton for regular Del Monte crushed pineapple is at http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/82805.html; for the banana, see http://www.produceoasis.com/Items_folder/Fruits/Banana.html; and for the plain, nonfat yogurt, see Dannon's at http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/83099.html. For the pineapple and yogurt, it will depend on the brand and what type of syrup the fruit is in (e.g., heavy syrup).

Is it possible to find the calorie, sodium, carbs, etc. ? It would be most helpful to know these facts.
    Sincerely, Paricia G. Casali
