This recipe for seasoned salt is courtesy of Frederic Demers from Cafe Martinique and is used to make his Grouper with Black Beans.

- 5 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a spice grinder. Grind until a powder is formed.
