Macadamia Nut Topping

Use this crunchy topping for our Creamy Rice Pudding recipe.

  • Yield: Makes 1/4 cup

  • 1/4 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients in small bowl; spread onto small ungreased baking pan. Bake until sugar is golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
