Macadamia Nut Topping
- Yield: Makes 1/4 cup

- 1/4 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients in small bowl; spread onto small ungreased baking pan. Bake until sugar is golden, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
