This is a great dish to serve at a casual lunch or dinner party. Just set out all the ingredients, and let people make their own lettuce bundles. Store-bought roasted duck or chicken can be used.

Fantastic! I recommend serving with fresh basil. I used Taste of Thai red curry paste for the curry sauce. It was yummy yummy. 1 head of iceburg and 3 hungry people pigged out with this as their only meal!

We love the sauce from these wraps. Usually we skip the lettuce and often the chicken, just saucing up some noodles or veggies like broccoli. Great versatile sauce!
