Mustard-Horseradish Sauce

This is an easy-to-prepare accompaniment to many steak meals such as Seared Flat Iron Steaks with Wine Sauce.

  • Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. In a small bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, and horseradish. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
