This was so easy and so delicious. I've made it by putting it in the oven and another time tried the crockpot and both turned out perfect. The quick bbq sauce is such a hit I would double recipe next time so there is plenty for topping sandwiches. It was so well-liked I ran out and I don't think I used too much in the baking/basting process. Will make again and again.

and butter pickles, onions and a coleslaw kit. I put the coleslaw directly on the sanwiches. Sour cream and onion chips are a great side!

This was excellent! I used a commercial barbecue sauce, baked until 145 F internally, and let rest. It had a slight blush in the middle. I sliced thinly, and served on buttered, toasted hamburger buns with bread

I was looking for something different, for lunch. This recipe was great. I like the Crockpot idea. I had to cook the pork in the early morning because it has been so Hot lately. I don't know why I didn't think of it.

I love to make these! I put the pork in a crockpot on low and by the time I get home they're done perfectly and super tender. You can either put the bbq sauce on at the end when you serve it, or let the meat cook in the sauce, but the pork sometimes gets TOO tender if you let it cook in the sauce. No matter - then it looks more like a pulled port sandwich!

I just made these last night for dinner. They were super easy and really good. I am not a huge BBQ fan but I thought these were great. I used a remote thermometer that alerts you when the meat reaches the right temp. and it took about 20 minutes even with double the amount of meat in the oven. I think I am going to make these for my brother in laws graduation party instead of fajitas.

Simple and easy to make. Came out moist and flavorful. I used store bought BBQ sauce and I also had to cover with foil to keep it from burning. Also used a meat thermometer so it came out at just the right temp. Definitely a keeper.
