Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together cereals, pretzel rounds, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
Spread mixture in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until cheese is melted and cereal is crisp and lightly golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
This mix will keep for up to one week when stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Nice, basic snack. I found it a bit bland with only olive oil & parmesan so I added the juice of one lime and loads of black pepper before cooking. Delicious!
Sorry but my message below got cut off, I added tsp of Worcestershire Sauce and tsp of Creole Seasoning, Spice but very good.
I added about a tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce

That is very helpful. Thank you Alan!
I use Corn Chex and Rice Chex when I make Party Mix at Christmas. This seems to be a variation of that recipe. You could also try 3 cups of Chex cereal and 1 cup of Cheezits (Chedder Jack is my favorite) 1 cup of pretzels and 1 cup of mixed nuts. Hope this helps!!
What type of whole grain cereal did you use? I would love a suggestion.
I cut down the time to 13 minutes and it turned out great. I also added a couple shakes of garlic powder in with the parmesan.... huge hit at our house. Rye chips aren't a bad add-in either.
