Sherry Vinaigrette

  • yield: Makes about 1/3 cup


  • 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, and grapeseed and walnut oils. Season with salt and pepper.
