Angostura bitters, a liqueur infused with herbs, roots, and bark, is often used to add depth to cocktails, as well as balance their sweetness.
- Sugar cube
- Angostura bitters
For each serving, place a sugar cube in a small glass and soak with a few dashes Angostura bitters. Pour Prosecco or other sparkling wine over sugar cube.
