Sour Cream Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and vinegar; season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use, up to 4 days.

    This is the best chicken salad dressing ever. The cider vinegar gives it just the right amount of tanginess and interest. It is perfect with the Roasted Chicken Salad recipe.
