Paint-Chip Notebook

Maybe you’ve come across a fabric or rug for a room that seemed like a perfect match, but you paused, trying to recall the room’s exact color, and couldn’t quite remember. Labeling your paint samples with basic information, including which room it’s in, the name of the paint, and the type of paint and finish, is an easy remedy to the problem. If you’ve used a computer-matched or custom-made paint, indicate all the proper information along with the name of the store that sold it. After you’re finished, slip the samples onto a book ring or into a notebook or folder, for a convenient, portable reference tool.
