Feta Dipping Sauce


  • 2 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper


  1. Step 1

    In a blender, puree feta cheese, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons water. Season with salt and pepper.

    delicious!!!!! and so simple :-)
    we had ours with salted cucumbers.... mmmmm!
