Ingredients

  • 1 peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped mango (about 1 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree mango, carrot juice, yogurt, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes on high speed until smooth.

  2. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
