Yummy, naturally sweet side dish or snack. Make sure you make a double batch because it's so tasty!

I made this and my husband does not like sweet potatoes. He thought they were great.

Made this before church this morning to take to a covered-dish dinner. Neither my husband nor I would ever have thought of using Old Bay with sweet potatoes, but scanning the spices in it makes it seem a good fit: cinnamon and the like. Of a 6 1/2 quart baking dish, only enough was left to cover the bottom.
