- 1 cup honey
- 4 star anise
- 4 cinnamon sticks
In a saucepan set over medium-low heat, warm the honey, star anise, and cinnamon sticks for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
