Infused Honey

This flavorful honey may be kept for up to ten days in an airtight container at room temperature. It's a delicious sweetener for tea, breads, or hot cereal.

Infused Honey

  • 1 cup honey
  • 4 star anise
  • 4 cinnamon sticks


  1. In a saucepan set over medium-low heat, warm the honey, star anise, and cinnamon sticks for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
