Vanilla Sugar for Baked Rhubarb


Use sweet vanilla sugar to make Baked Rhubarb from "Martha Stewart's Quick Cook Menus."

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split


  1. Place sugar in an airtight container. Add vanilla bean and cover; let stand for at least 1 week and up to 3 months.
