Strawberry-Swirl Ice Cream Soda

Serve with a spoon and a straw.

  • Yield: Makes 4 12-ounce sodas

  1. Place 3 scoops of ice cream in each of 4 tall soda glasses, and slowly cover halfway with seltzer. Drizzle Strawberry Syrup on top of the ice cream, making sure it coats the inside of the glasses; then fill to the top with additional seltzer.
