This is so quick, easy, & delicious! I double the amount of nuts; & add raisins.

I have made this several times, and my family loves it. I have caught a couple of them eating it as a snack. I think that the maple syrup really makes a difference.

This is my favourite granola! I make it with organic old fashioned oats - really good. Use lighter maple syrup not the dark one as they leave an unpleasant taste. Don't leave out the salt as it adds huge flavour.

This is a delicious recipe; I have made it often and I love eating it. I personally recommend stirring the granola halfway through baking, so that the mixture around the edges doesn't burn.
