Blue Smoke's Beef Ribs

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butcher-grind pepper
  • 5 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 3 tablespoons light-brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 beef ribs

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients except ribs. Rub spice mix evenly over surface of ribs. Transfer to a smoker, and smoke following manufacturers' instructions.
