Cappuccino

A cappuccino makes a great start to the day -- or a wonderful afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup espresso

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Using the steam attachment on an espresso machine, warm and froth milk. Divide espresso between 2 coffee cups. Pour 1/2 cup of the warmed milk from beneath the froth into each cup. Spoon milk foam on top and serve.

    Some months ago, when I and my hubby went to France and Swiss, I bought two packages of nice cane sugar made in France, corsely made, not unique sized one. I love this sugar. But the price at "Globus" in Geneve was almost 3 times than that in the supermarket in France!.
