Coriander Spice Mix

Use this spice mix as a rub on pork tenderloin or scallops before cooking, or try it in this recipe for Spice-Rubbed Fish with Lemony Rice.

  • Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup
Coriander Spice Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all spices.

Cook's Note

Store in an airtight container, up to 3 months.
