This green smoothie gets its color from spinach, avocado, and a Granny Smith apple. It's packed with vitamins and contains six grams of filling fiber in each serving.

- 1 cup packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1 1/4 cups white grape juice or pear juice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup ice
Blend spinach leaves, juice, avocado, apple, and ice.
