Coconut Glaze

  • Yield: Makes 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 8 cups (or more) confectioners' sugar
  • Food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk together coconut milk and sugar in a large bowl until thick as honey. Add sugar if glaze is too thin. Tint with food coloring, if desired. Use immediately.
