Pom Julep

This recipe comes from Allen Katz, host of "The Cocktail Hour" on Martha Stewart Living Radio.

  • 3 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce PAMA liqueur
  • 6 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 sugar cubes


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle mint and sugar with bourbon and PAMA.

  2. Shake ingredients vigorously over ice and strain into a glass over shaved ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
