Grainy Mustard Sauce

This versatile mustard sauce from Esca chef David Pasternack is an excellent accompaniment to fresh fish and seafood dishes. Also Try: Cocktail Sauce, Prosecco Mignonette Please check back in the New Year for video.

  • yield: Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Homemade Mayonnaise, or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons grainy mustard, preferably Orleans brand
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients until well combined.
