Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

    In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, sugar, and sesame oil.

    This is good and easy to make. Tastes very similar to the dipping sauce for potstickers at our favorite sushi place.
