Chicken Chili Nachos
Layering the ingredients is the key to great nachos. For this rendition, spoon the chicken chili over the tortilla chips and top with peppers and a combination of cheeses. From Martha Stewart Living, Oct. 2010. Recipe by Lucinda Scala Quinn.

- Chicken Chili
- Tortilla chips
- Sliced pickled jalapenos
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
Grate the cheese and set aside. Lay the tortilla chips on a plate and top with spoonfuls of chili, sliced pickled jalapenos, and the grated cheese. Repeat, adding another layer.
Bake for 3 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit to melt the cheese, and then broil for 30 seconds. Top with sour cream and salsa.
