I am going to try this but I was thinking that I might use cling peaches from a can and reserve and use the peach simple syrup from the can.

Over all I liked this cocktail a lot. I did monkey with the ratios a little bit, but it was still the same drink. I cut back on the lemon juice, syrup, peaches, and kicked up the Jameson's a good bit, a little twist that seemed to really make the drink "for me".
