Eli's Elixir

  • Yield: Makes 1 cocktail

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 1/2 ounces freshly pressed Fuji apple juice
  • 1/2 ounce Homemade Ginger Cordial
  • 2 very thin slices Fuji apple, for garnish


  1. Shake bourbon, apple juice, and ginger cordial over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slices.
