This delicious cocktail recipe for Eli's elixir is courtesy of Allen Katz.
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounces freshly pressed Fuji apple juice
- 1/2 ounce Homemade Ginger Cordial
- 2 very thin slices Fuji apple, for garnish
Shake bourbon, apple juice, and ginger cordial over ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slices.
