Strawberry, Mango, and Yogurt Smoothie

You can use fresh or frozen fruit in this smoothie and substitute orange juice for the apple.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks

Directions

  1. Step 1

    In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.

    I made this smoothie this morning, and it was fast, easy, and delicious! I used strawberry yogurt in place of the plain yogurt, but other than that I followed the recipe. I will absolutely make this again; it is really refreshing on a winter morning.
