Strawberry, Mango, and Yogurt Smoothie


You can use fresh or frozen fruit in this smoothie and substitute orange juice for the apple.

  • 1 1/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
