Orange Pekoe Lemonade
A refreshingly juice variation of the familiar iced tea.

- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, (about 5 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups freshly brewed Orange Pekoe tea, chilled
- 1 cup water, cold
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and honey; stir until honey has completely dissolved. Transfer to a large pitcher. Add tea and 1 cup cold water; stir. Fill pitcher with ice; garnish with the lemon wedges. Serve.
