Herb Oil for Pizza


Use this oil to make a variety of delicious pizzas: Grilled Asparagus and Ricotta; Fontina, Fennel, and Onion; Three-Cheese; Shrimp and Pesto; Sausage and Olives; Tomato and Basil.

  • Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

  • 1 sliced garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary leaves, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil


  1. In a small saucepan, bring garlic, rosemary, and olive oil to a simmer over medium and cook 3 minutes. Let cool to room temperature in a small bowl.
