Black Bean and Cherry Tomato Salsa
Use this salsa to make mouthwatering Nachos Supremo.
- Yield: Makes about 4 cups

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (15.5-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
Place tomatoes, black beans, cilantro, and lime juice in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
