Tomato and Basil Salad

- 2 large ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 12 basil leaves, well washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons Greek olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
Arrange tomatoes and basil on a platter. Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
