Ingredients
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Lollipop sticks
- Mini chocolate chips
Directions

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.

Melt white chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water; stir occasionally. Remove bowl; mix in oil. Drop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a teaspoon to quickly spread into a ghost. Place a lollipop stick at the base, spinning to coat. Add chocolate chip eyes. Refrigerate ghosts 5 minutes, then peel off.
It's a beautiful idea that works well with kids, they love chocolate obviously and this particular recipe was a huge success for me :-)

Silver chocolate
I loved this idea so much that I made snowmen for Christmas by using regular semi-sweet chocolate for the hat. I added orange food coloring to the white chocolate and molded a carrot nose and I used mini chcolate chips for buttons. So cute and the kids love them!

Cute idea! I melted peanut butter chips with red and yellow food coloring to make pumpkins. Then I mixed melted chocolate chips with black food coloring and made black cats! Yum!
Just made these and they are so fun. I used vanilla chips instead of white chco. Delicious!

The contributor's comments seem to regularly not come up on most pages. Is anyone else having this problem? I select a recipe and want to read others comments and suggestions, and nothing happens. There also does not seem to be a way to contact MSOM to let them know when there site is having problems....grrrrr

Just made a batch and they are the cutest ghosts I have ever seen. Can't wait for the grandkids to see and sample. Great idea for Halloween and a lot of fun to make

Do you all know that white chocolate is the dregs of the chocolate; the highest fat content? Cute for special occasions but I try hard to not use it much.

For those of you that have made these, does or would it work to put the lollipop stick down first and build the ghost on top of it so that the stick is more in the back of the ghost and does not show as much?

I made these last year for a Halloween party. They're super easy to make and the kids loved them!
re: #1 comment. Makeing the white chocolate in the shapes of clouds is a great idea. If you make them with children, read the books "It Looked Like Spilt Milk" or "Little Cloud" while waiting for the 'clouds' to set.
for summer, i've made these, but in the shape of clouds! (and of course they vaguely look like things you may see in the clouds, bunnies etc)
