Cilantro Mint Power Pack

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crumbled dried chile
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and serve on meat or fish of your choice.
