Grilled Clams


Clams need nothing but the heat of the grill to bring out their fresh-from-the-sea flavor.

  • 60 littleneck clams (scrubbed well)


  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Place clams directly on grill grates. Close lid, and cook until clams open, 5 to 6 minutes. Discard any unopened clams.
